Melyssa Ford Hip Hop Music Video Model

Melyssa Ford is probably the most popular video model hip hop honey in America. She has successfully leveraged appearances in Black Men's Magazine to film such as Psyche and Turn It Up.

Melyssa Ford was in Toronto go into school hoping to eventually work for CSIS profiling criminals and sex offenders. Her big break came when she was discovered by Little X, video producer who gave her a chance to star in several music videos that led to her fame on MTV and BET.

Soon she was getting offers from XXL magazines that landed her an opportunity to host a website show: "Lifestyles of the Phat and Phabulous" produced by VP of Bad Boy Entertainment. This led Melyssa to make the bold step of quitting school and leaving Canada with only $25 and her luggage to host the show.

Since this move, Melyssa has been on the cover of Black Men's Magazine 3-times and has appeared in their swimsuit issue and earned the title of most popular cover-girl for the magazine. Then it was on to the cover of Ebony Rider Calendar and that initiated sales of the magazine to well beyond the previous combined 5-year totals.

Now Smooth Magazine has hired Melyssa to write an advice column monthly as their in-house celebrity columnist after they learned that she had studied English Literature.
