I have been following Jair Dynast since 2005 that is the first time I saw Jair perform at CMJ Music Marathon in NYC. I was immediately impressed with his energy and his charm. He is a bit reserved but very personable, incredibly smart and love making music for his growing list of fans.
Jair Dynast is not your average guy. He's a man of many talents, did you know that he was a scholarship athlete because he excelled at his other love, basketball? He was privileged to travel around the U.S. and North America living in Connecticut, Texas, Toronto and New York. He is child of Caribbean parents whose background is Barbados, a small gem in the Caribbean sea where his mother was crowned Miss Barbados World. If you were fortunate to buy his last album, V.I.A.L.E.N.C.E, there is a song, "My People" that tells some of Jair's very intriguing story.
You can immediately relate to the man, Jair Dynast - a family oriented guy. He recently spent six months in his parents' nativeland to re-bond with his maternal grandfather who is 93-years old.
