Rapper Producer Songwriter Jair Dynast

Have you noticed how hard it is for people to accept change? It recently took Barack Obama two years to sell his "change you can believe in" message and win the election to be President of the United States.

I have been following Jair Dynast since 2005 that is the first time I saw Jair perform at CMJ Music Marathon in NYC. I was immediately impressed with his energy and his charm. He is a bit reserved but very personable, incredibly smart and love making music for his growing list of fans.

Jair Dynast is not your average guy. He's a man of many talents, did you know that he was a scholarship athlete because he excelled at his other love, basketball? He was privileged to travel around the U.S. and North America living in Connecticut, Texas, Toronto and New York. He is child of Caribbean parents whose background is Barbados, a small gem in the Caribbean sea where his mother was crowned Miss Barbados World. If you were fortunate to buy his last album, V.I.A.L.E.N.C.E, there is a song, "My People" that tells some of Jair's very intriguing story.

You can immediately relate to the man, Jair Dynast - a family oriented guy. He recently spent six months in his parents' nativeland to re-bond with his maternal grandfather who is 93-years old. Legal Protection for Rappers and Musicians

You can find part 2 of the rights of songwriters and composers on indie rap and hip hop record label website, eMultimediaGroup. As the legal representative for a number of indie rappers and hip hop artists, this record label fully supports the efforts of ASCAP as it seeks to represent the interests of musicians.

Small indie record labels have long been advocate for the musician because they are usually formed by musicians, for musicians and from musicians. Rap music has become a popular art form for big business to use as a vehicle to get their products to the consumer. Everyone knows the value of reaching the young hip hop audience with their urban wear, kicks, hip hop clothing, cars, bling and street wear.

Music Fans Create Ruckus for T-Pain Thr33 Ringz

T-Pain's latest dance/pop album Thr33 Ringz that was recently released online has been getting mix reviews from music fans. Some people either absolutely love it or some hate it. It is always challenging to see how subjective music is and how it can sometimes bring out the best and worst in people.

The label also thought it would be wise to have various remixes done featuring talented rappers and R&B singers, such as Mary J. Blige, Kanye West, Justin Timberlake, Jair Dynast, T.I. amongst others. These new concepts should also appeal to rap music fans that like to follow their favorite artists and make for a wider audience for this T-Pain album.

The album is definitely a party track that you are bound to encounter at the club and will probably end up on a lot of mobile phones as ringtones. T-Pain has carved out his own music niche of the auto-tuned, synthesized sound as a present day trend.

Some may argue that it will have no bearing on hip hop culture in terms of its street origin. Others may yearn for rappers to craft rap music like those found on the rap music social community network that can play in club but at the same time has something serious to offer from a lyrical view point.

Rights for Music Writers and Composers

Of interests to all musicians who have been working hard to produce creative works of arts and have had people use them without adequate compensation over the years. Although vindication has been long in coming, there's been a step in the right direction.

Let it be known that the oldest performing-rights organization in the United States of America has recently released its Bill of Rights for Songwriters and Composers. This important initiative puts forward ten core elements that pertains to the rights of music creators.

Even though this bill has been written by ASCAP, the ideas presented apply to all musicians regardless of which performing-rights organization they are members, such as BMI, etc. It seeks to address the attitude of most media especially new-media that writers should not share in the usage of their works.

It is no longer adequate to just pay to license for use but to expect a share in the revenues that are generated by anything that incorporates the use of an artist music. Rappers could benefit a great deal from this as rap music seems to be the music of choice to sell all consumer goods. Therefore, it is only fitting that the rappers share in the revenue earned.

Rappers, record labels and those with an interest in rap music, should bookmark this blog for our next segment that will outline the ten core principles for the use of music by new-media and other corporations.

The Death of Hip Hop and Rap Music

If you look to mainstream and the radio for rap, all you will get mostly is garbage. We have to get away from this culture of waiting to be forced fed the bad taste and biases of others.

You have to think for yourself and do research to find what you want to hear and listen to on your iPods. Real hip hop music is alive and thriving and there is hip hop music that's worth its weight in gold that you can help to spread around to keep your culture true to its roots.

This video is funny but it is dealing with some of the real problems that plagued hip hop culture in society. Hip hop and rap music has been hijacked by the power brokers in big business only for its dollar value. There's no real interest in the culture or the listeners.

Rap music fans are seen only as a means to an end and by any means necessary. Sex, naked girls and erotic lingerie sell so they are used heavily to promote rap music videos. You can decide to mix mainstream with new hip hop songs from emerging rap artists like Jair Dynast Vanguard hip hop and rap that you can get at his new social network community.

New Rap Music Single Simple Plan

Just got this latest joint from iTunes although it was available free at Jair Dynast new rap music social website. I made a conscious decision to support this artist that I first encountered at CMJ NYC 2005. I was impressed then and Jair has continued to not disappoint.

Rap music sites and blogs are all beginning to talk about the new rap single from Jair Dynast "Simple Plan". Jair Dynast just dropped the new hip hop single via iTunes. As it made the rounds, I hit up his new social community and saw the viral video and I had to buy the hip hop single off iTunes - click here. It was only $0.99 so it was nothing for me to support and now this joint is heavy rotation in my iPod!

Simple Plan is a new rap single from Jair and it is chalk full of metaphors, something that I especially like about his rap music. He is provocative, lively and shows that he has skills for days. Jair ranks high amongst the world of rappers that will elevate hip hop culture to new heights and prove the critics dead wrong. Watch the music video included here and if you are feelin' this joint download it at iTunes for a meager $0.99 ain't nothing!

If you enjoy listening to rappers that can engage your thought process and hold your attention longer than a fleeting moment, this Jair Dynast joint deserves a must add to your iPod and an iTunes download at a meager $0.99. It's amazing that a song only 2:30 long could also come with a music video - watch "simple plan" rap video and see what I mean. Buy Hip Hop Single Simple Plan by Jair Dynast at iTunes - click here

Sex Rap Music: Republican Sterilzation Program

McCain endorsee, Louisiana Republican State Representative John LaBruzzo recently revealed that he was researching an idea to pay poor women $1,000 to get sterilized. This John's strategy is aimed at reducing Louisiana's welfare rolls. Who should be blamed, sexually explicit rap music?

This is akin to the notion the "white slave owners" had that if they educated the slaves, they would be so enlightened as to realize that they were being discriminated against and they would have no one to continue slavery on the plantations.

Researched for instances of this Republican program was found in Sweden's largest newspaper, Dagens Nyheter. It was revealed that between 1935 and 1976 the Swedish government embarked on a program to rid that country of "social undesirables", "mixed raced individuals" and single mothers with several children. Altogether, more than 60,000 mostly women were forcibly sterilized.

McCain was able to distort Obama's message of sexual education for young kids as it relates to inappropriate sexual touching, the undesirable behavior of sexual predators and the sexual deviants amongst us.

Rap hip hop music listeners that are concerned about how sex is being used negatively in our culture; need to organize and use vanguard rap music social network to communicate, share experiences with each other and download free rap music giveaways monthly.

Melyssa Ford Hip Hop Music Video Model

Melyssa Ford is probably the most popular video model hip hop honey in America. She has successfully leveraged appearances in Black Men's Magazine to film such as Psyche and Turn It Up.

Melyssa Ford was in Toronto go into school hoping to eventually work for CSIS profiling criminals and sex offenders. Her big break came when she was discovered by Little X, video producer who gave her a chance to star in several music videos that led to her fame on MTV and BET.

Soon she was getting offers from XXL magazines that landed her an opportunity to host a website show: "Lifestyles of the Phat and Phabulous" produced by VP of Bad Boy Entertainment. This led Melyssa to make the bold step of quitting school and leaving Canada with only $25 and her luggage to host the show.

Since this move, Melyssa has been on the cover of Black Men's Magazine 3-times and has appeared in their swimsuit issue and earned the title of most popular cover-girl for the magazine. Then it was on to the cover of Ebony Rider Calendar and that initiated sales of the magazine to well beyond the previous combined 5-year totals.

Now Smooth Magazine has hired Melyssa to write an advice column monthly as their in-house celebrity columnist after they learned that she had studied English Literature.
